WELCOME TO OUR TEAM!

 

It is our staff team that takes Albion House from being just a nursery, to a family. We have incredibly high expectations and standards when choosing our staff. All of our team are qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in childcare, but we are incredibly lucky to have a team with a wealth of knowledge, experience and higher qualifications.

 

The owner, Mel has a BA in Early Childhood Studies and is an Early Years Teacher.

 

The Manager, Lizzy also has a BA (Hons) in Professional Studies in Early Childhood and is also an Early Years Teacher. Other qualifications range from degrees down to Level 3. We also support those embarking on their early years careers who will be working towards their Level 3 qualification.

 

At Albion House we encourage a culture of learning where we embark on learning adventures for the whole team, and staff also get the opportunity to embark on training they are particularly interested in. All of this has a hugely positive effect on the children's learning outcomes.
